In homage to the late social activist Raja Anayatullah Khan, a one-day multi-specialty mega health camp was organized at JNV School Arnora (Ghat) in District Doda, coinciding with World Red Cross Day. Led by the Social Workers Forum (NGO) in collaboration with District Administration, District Health Society, and JNV School Arnora, the camp aimed to improve healthcare accessibility, carrying forward Khan’s legacy of community service.

Deputy Commissioner Doda, along with health officials and NGO members, inaugurated the camp, which provided a range of specialized medical services including consultations with experts from various fields. Over 350 patients benefited from free consultations, diagnostic tests, and essential medicines. Additionally, sanitary napkins were distributed to 150 girls students of JNV Arnora (Ghat), underscoring the camp’s holistic approach to healthcare.

During the event, tributes were paid to Late Raja Anayatullah Khan for his dedicated service to society. The DC Doda commended the efforts of SWF Doda in organizing the 20th successful camp, highlighting the collaborative efforts of stakeholders in addressing healthcare needs and enhancing community well-being. The altruistic endeavor reflects a collective commitment to serving the residents of Doda District, earning praise from the local population.
