Gold and Silver Prices at a Glance

Gold prices today saw a marginal uptick as it opened at ₹58,730 per 10 grams on the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX). The precious metal reached an intraday high of ₹58,778 and a low of ₹58,729. As of 9:20 a.m., MCX Gold for October 5 delivery was trading at ₹58,776 per 10 grams, reflecting a 0.08% decrease.

Silver prices today also displayed positive movement as it opened at ₹72,993 per kg on MCX. It reached an intraday high of ₹73,098 and a low of ₹72,984. MCX Silver for December 5 delivery was trading 0.04% higher at ₹73,098 per kg at 9:20 a.m.

On Friday, September 22, the price of gold stood at ₹55,350 per 10 grams for 22 carats and ₹60,370 per 10 grams for 24 carats.
