ED Files Chargesheet in Excise Policy Case
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) filed a supplementary prosecution complaint (chargesheet) in the Excise Policy money laundering case in Rouse Avenue Court. It contains 224 pages and includes BRS Leader K Kavitha and others.
- Sixth supplementary chargesheet in the excise policy case.
- Delhi High Court issued a notice to ED regarding K Kavitha’s bail plea.
- K Kavitha alleges attempts to drag her into the scandal.
The plea moved by K Kavitha stated that she is the mother of two children, one of whom is currently under shock. She alleges that there have been attempts to involve her in the scandal by members of the ruling party at the Centre.
