Atal Dulloo Reviews Progress of JK Samadhan Grievance Redressal Platform
Chief Secretary Sh. Atal Dulloo reviewed the progress of JK Samadhan, a good governance project aimed at enhancing public grievance redressal in Jammu and Kashmir.
The initiative, launched in partnership with BISAG-N, aims to provide a multilingual AI-based platform for citizens to register complaints and track their resolution.
Dulloo emphasized the need to expedite the remaining work and suggested improvements such as a comprehensive user manual, multimedia attachments, and language options for users.
He also recommended the integration of advanced technologies to enhance government accessibility and responsiveness.
The BISAG-N team presented a detailed update on the app’s features, including automatic forwarding of grievances, real-time updates, and multilingual support.
The app is expected to be fully operational soon, replacing the previous JKIGRAMS and CPGRAMS systems.
The review meeting aimed to ensure the timely rollout of JK Samadhan, enhancing citizen engagement and governance in Jammu and Kashmir.
