Additional Commissioner Jammu granted Div Com Powers in JK

Jammu Kashmir Government, under Section 6 of the Jammu and Kashmir Land Revenue Act, 1996 has granted the powers of Div Com to Additional Divisional Commissioner Jammu, JKAS Dr. Mushtaq Ahmed.

Earlier, issued notification will be supesedes, that, by now, this notification would enable him to hear and dispose of specific cases referred to him by the Divisional Commissioner within the jurisdiction of Jammu Division.
