The property belongs to Lateef Ahmad Kambay, son of Gh Mohd Kambay, a resident of Wakoora. This action has been taken in accordance with the orders issued by the Honorable Court of Additional Session Judge, designated under the NIA Act, Ganderbal, as per CNR No.JKGB010005642024 dated 29-12-2024. The case pertains to FIR No. 110/2022 under sections 353 IPC, 13, 18, 23, 38, 39 UA (P) Act, 7/25 I.A Act, and 207 M.V Act of Police Station Ganderbal.
