DDA Launches Festival Special Housing Scheme 2023
The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is set to open registration for its ‘Festival Special Housing Scheme 2023’, offering an exciting opportunity for potential buyers to own a flat in Delhi. With the scheme kicking off on November 24, a total of 32,000 newly constructed flats will be up for grabs on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Variety of Flats in Prime Locations
The scheme features a wide range of flats across different categories, including SHIG, HIG, MIG, LIG, and EWS. These flats are situated in prime locations like Dwarka, Loknayakpuram, and Narela. Of the total flats, 24,000 are ready for occupancy, while the remaining 8,500 are expected to be completed within the next six months.

Luxury Living and E-Auction Options
In a first for DDA, the scheme includes over 1,100 luxury flats, such as penthouses and high-income group flats in Dwarka Sector 19B, offering views of the upcoming DDA golf course. Additionally, 316 MIG flats in Dwarka Sector 14 and 647 flats in Loknayakpuram will be available through e-auction. EWS, LIG, and other categories of flats, mainly in Narela, will also be offered under the First Come First Serve mode.
Price Range and Application Process
The price range for these flats starts from Rs 11.5 lakh for EWS flats and goes up to Rs 5 crore for penthouses. Prospective buyers can apply through the official DDA website, creating login credentials and registering for the scheme.
