JKBOSE 2024 Exam Schedule
The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has announced its examination schedule for the academic year 2024, differentiating between soft and hard zones within the region.
For students in the soft zones, JKBOSE will be conducting annual regular exams for grades 10 through 12. The 10th standard exams will commence from the second week of March 2024, with the 11th standard exams beginning in the last week of March, and the 12th standard exams kicking off in the first week of March 2024.

In contrast, students in the hard zones of Jammu, Kashmir, and Ladakh divisions will have their annual regular exams scheduled later. The 10th and 12th standard exams for these areas will be conducted from the second week of April 2024, while the 11th standard exams will begin in the last week of April.
Results for these examinations will be announced by JKBOSE in June 2024. The results for the 10th standard will be declared in the third week of June, followed by the 11th standard results in the last week of June, and the 12th standard results in the second week of June.Furthermore, the JKBOSE has identified 444 schools in both the Jammu and Kashmir divisions where the annual regular examinations will be held in April instead of March.
Additionally, the entire Leh district in the Union Territory of Ladakh has been designated as a hard zone, and accordingly, exams for this region will also take place in April.In summary, JKBOSE has released its examination schedule, taking into account the distinction between soft and hard zones within the region, with exams and result announcements tailored to the specific needs of each zone.
