CEO Doda Seeks Clarification on Government Order for Regularised ReT Teachers, Writes To DSEJ

DODA, October 31, 2026 (VoM News): The Chief Education Officer (CEO), Doda, has sought clarification from the Director of School Education, Jammu, regarding the applicability of Government Order No. 305-F of 2026 to regularised Rehbar-e-Taleem (ReT) teachers whose posts were advertised and appointments made before December 24, 2009, but who were regularised after January 1, 2010.

In an official communication dated October 29, 2026, the CEO, Doda, referred to representations received from the Zonal Education Officers (ZEOs) of Assar and Ghat seeking guidance on the matter.

The communication concerns Government Order No. 305-F of 2026, dated September 24, 2026, and asks the Directorate to clarify whether its provisions apply to teachers who were engaged before the specified cut-off date but whose services were regularised subsequently.

The CEO has forwarded the matter to the Director of School Education, Jammu, for consideration and the issuance of necessary instructions.
