
2025 SAG Awards: 6 Records That Were Broken! (Timothée Chalamet, Anna Sawai, Colin Farrell & more)
After the 31st Screen Actors Guild Awards, VegasInsider.com has updated its list of all the records that were broken during the ceremony.
To highlight a few of the records that were broken, Timothée Chalamet (“A Complete Unknown”) became the youngest Best Leading Actor winner ever at the age of 29, Anna Sawai (“Shōgun”) became the first Japanese actress to win in the Female Actor in a Drama Series category while Colin Farrell (“The Penguin”) became the first Irish actor to win in the Male Actor in a Miniseries or Television Movie category. Last but not least, the “Shōgun” ensemble became the first primarily Asian cast to win in the Best Ensemble in a Drama Series category.
