Tejas Ek Pahal Foundation NGO Team Meets LG Manoj Sinha regarding Tourism Development in Doda District

The Tejas Ek Pahal Foundation NGO team, led by Chairman Akash Parihar, met with the Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, Manoj Sinha, at Raj Bhavan, Jammu today.
The appointment to meet with LG was bokked by Koshal Singh Youth President Tejass Ek Pahal Foundation NGO.
The meeting aimed to discuss key issues concerning the development of tourism in the Doda district.
The delegation, including Koshal Singh (Youth President), Raj Kumar (Executive Team Member), Suresh Rajput (Secretary), and Dharminder Parihar, presented a comprehensive plan outlining the potential for tourism growth in Doda.
They emphasized the region’s untapped natural beauty, cultural heritage, and historical significance, which could significantly contribute to the local economy and attract both national and international visitors.

During the meeting, the team highlighted the need for improved infrastructure, including better road connectivity, accommodations, and promotional campaigns, to boost the tourism sector in Doda. Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha appreciated the initiative and assured the delegation of the administration’s full support in promoting tourism in Doda. He expressed a keen interest in exploring ways to integrate Doda’s tourism potential into the broader vision for the region’s development.
He also stressed the importance of collaboration between the government, NGOs, and local communities to ensure the success of tourism projects.
The meeting concluded on a positive note, with both the Tejas Ek Pahal Foundation team and the LG’s office agreeing to continue working together to implement strategies for the growth of tourism in Doda.
