NEW DELHI, October 16, 2026 [VoM News]: Tecno has launched the Spark 50S 5G in India, expanding its Spark 50 series with a new mid-range 5G smartphone featuring a 6,500mAh battery and MediaTek Dimensity 6400 chipset.

The Tecno Spark 50S 5G is priced at Rs 19,999 for the 6GB RAM and 128GB storage variant, while the 8GB RAM and 128GB storage model costs Rs 22,999.

The smartphone will go on sale in India through Amazon from October 20 and will be available in Burgundy Red and Breeze Blue colour options.

The dual-SIM handset runs Android 16 and features a 6.78-inch HD+ LCD display with a resolution of 720 x 1,600 pixels and refresh rate of up to 120Hz.

It is powered by the 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 6400 octa-core processor, offering clock speeds of up to 2.5GHz.

The smartphone carries MIL-STD-810H durability certification and an IP64 rating for dust and splash resistance.

Its 6,500mAh battery supports 45W wired fast charging. Connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and USB Type-C.
