SSP Kishtwar Holds Comprehensive Briefing Session with commercial Vehicle drivers at Bus Stand Kishtwar: Installation of CCTVs and Introduction of Speed Limit Slips Emphasized
Kishtwar, Nov. 19, 2023: In a Proactive move to enhance road safety and traffic management, SSP Kishtwar, Sh. Khalil Poswal-JKPS, conducted an extensive briefing session today at Bus Stand Kishtwar. The focus of the session was to reinforce adherence to traffic rules, emphasize the importance of vehicle fitness, and introduce key initiatives.
During the session, SSP Kishtwar, Mr. Poswal-JKPS, addressed drivers, providing crucial insights into the significance of traffic regulations and the need for maintaining vehicle fitness. He also announced the installation of CCTV cameras at strategic locations inside the vehicles to monitor and ensure a safer traffic environment.
A notable addition to the briefing was the introduction of the Speed Limit Slip system by SSP Kishtwar, Sh. Khalil Poswal-JKPS. This innovative system aims to enhance transparency and accountability by recording the starting point and the specified time of departure for each journey.
