The Srinagar Smart City Advisory Forum (SSCAF) gathered today at the TRC Meeting Hall in Srinagar, attracting active participation from crucial stakeholders.
Dr. Farooq Abdullah, Member of Parliament (LS), joined the discussion, along with representatives from various government departments, technical experts, members of the trading community, and individuals from civil society. Together, they engaged in a lively conversation.
During a recent presentation, Athar Aamir Khan, the CEO of Srinagar Smart City Limited (SSCL), delivered a comprehensive overview of the projects undertaken by SSCL, both completed and ongoing. He highlighted the transformative changes observed in key areas of Srinagar city, including the Jhelum Riverfront, Central Business District (CBD) Lal Chowk, Polo High Street, and MA Road. These once-neglected spaces have now transformed into vibrant hubs of social and business activities, contributing to a thriving atmosphere in Srinagar.
