Syrian Rebels emerge victorious after seizing the control of Damascus, and announced the end of President Bashar Al Asad’s rule in Syria. As Syrians stroll through Al-Rawda Presidential Palace, of President Asad, and seized the furnitures, ornaments, cupboards were ransacked also, items were taken. He addressed all to Facilitate humanitarian operations, upholds obligations to protect civilians and Protect civilian infrastructure – including schools, hospitals.

All parties must: 

1. Uphold obligations to protect civilians – including aid workers. 

2. Facilitate humanitarian operations.

3. Allow those fleeing to return safely and voluntarily when possible. 

4. Protect civilian infrastructure – including schools, hospitals.
