Sanction Accorded to Revocation of suspension of Principal Government GHSS Badhat, Kishtwar -Mr. Bhagwan Dass Sharma
Principal Secretary to the Govt, School Education Department has accorded the sanction to the revocation of suspension of Mr. Bhagwan Dass Sharma, Principal, GHSS Badhat, District Kishtwar, who was presently attached in Directorate of School Education, Jammu.
As, the worthy principal of the school was placed under suspension and was attached in the office of Directorate of school education Jammu, for the allegations of absenteeism of teachers in kither zone of Drabshalla.
As the matter was brought under committe, the Chief Education Officer kishtwar was asked to submit a detailed report on absenteeism of teachers in Kither area of zone Drabshalla. After the response was filed, it was forwarded, and had recommended the reinstatement of the worthy principal.
As the instant case was placed before the suspension review committee on 19-09-2024, held under the chairmanship of Principal Secretary to School Education Department, after the enquiry, which also recommended the revocation of suspension of Principal GHSS Badhat, kishtwar Mr. Bhagwan Das Sharma with a warning to remain cautious and careful in future for drawing the salary of absentee staff as DDO.
Whereas, the attendance report of the said principal was also sought, which was forwarded by Director School Education Jammu, which reveals the regular attendance of the principal in the school.
Keeping the mentioned recommendations of Suspension Review committe in consideration, the sanction is accorded for the revocation of suspension of Principal GHSS Badhat, kishtwar Bhagwan Dass Sharma. Further, it has been said, that the period of suspension of Principal would be treated as serving on duty, under rules.
