The decade-long dominance of web search is likely to have a tough competition ahead, as OpenAI ramps with search engine capabilities to its chatbot, ChatGPT.
This feature will enable the users to provide real-time information across the web. The integration of search feature into ChatGPT will help the users to get the real-time information, which itself is a hard completion to long decade search engine.
Sam Altman, CEO of OpenAI, took to microbloggig platform, X, “As this ChatGPT made its debut in year 2022, the search feature was one of my favourite feature. It will be easy, faster mode of availing information, for what I looked for.”
