Old Mortar Shell Found In Samba, JK

JAMMU: An old mortar shell was found in Balole Nallah area of Brahmana in Samba district of Jammu and Kashmir, officials said here on Sunday.

As per sources, locals found the shell and alerted security agencies, which prompted them to rush to the scene. They said that the police took the shell into custody for examination without causing any harm.

Meanwhile, the police have taken cognizance of the incident and started an investigation. (NVI)
