In a bid to facilitate the smooth commute of visitors to the much-awaited Uttar Pradesh International Trade Show (UPITS), the Noida Metro Rail Corporation (NMRC) has announced a significant boost in the frequency of trains on the Aqua Line. Running from September 21 to 25, this temporary measure aims to ensure convenience and efficiency for all attendees.
Convenient Access via Knowledge Park Metro Station
NMRC’s Managing Director, Lokesh M, revealed that visitors to the exhibition will find it exceptionally convenient to access the venue via the Knowledge Park metro station. This strategic choice will undoubtedly alleviate the stress of navigating through traffic and searching for parking spaces.
Managing Crowds and Ensuring Visitor Satisfaction
To mitigate overcrowding at metro stations and effectively manage the anticipated rush of visitors during the UP International Trade Show, NMRC has taken decisive action. The usual 10-minute intervals between Aqua Line trains have been significantly reduced to just 7.5 minutes, marking a remarkable improvement in accessibility.
Enhanced Service Hours for Seamless Travel
Starting from 8 am and extending until 10 pm, these increased train frequencies will be available, allowing attendees to plan their visit with flexibility. It’s important to note that during peak hours, specifically from 8 am to 11 am and 5 pm to 8 pm, metro trains will run at a swift 7.5-minute interval. This time-efficient solution is bound to make the commute smoother for everyone.
This strategic move by NMRC reflects their commitment to enhancing the overall visitor experience during the UP International Trade Show. Attendees can now look forward to a hassle-free journey to the event, ensuring they have ample time to explore the exhibition. With these improvements, the Noida Metro is playing a pivotal role in promoting ease of access to significant events in the region.
