NIA Seizes Properties Linked to ISIS Case in Pune
The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has confiscated four properties belonging to 11 accused individuals in the ISIS module case in Pune. These properties, situated in Kondhwa, Pune, Maharashtra, were allegedly utilized for IED fabrication and terrorist activity planning.
Crackdown on ISIS Networks
Under Section 25 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, the residential houses and flats were linked to accused individuals involved in the ISIS conspiracy. The NIA’s action aligns with its mission to dismantle global terror networks operating within the country.
Continued Efforts Against Terrorism
The NIA has charged all 11 individuals in connection with the case, which involves a conspiracy to spread terror through attacks across Maharashtra, Gujarat, and other parts of India. The agency’s ongoing investigations aim to combat terrorism and safeguard national interests by disrupting ISIS modules across various states.
