Netweb Technologies, a prominent Indian Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specializing in high-end computing, witnessed its shares jump by 10% to ₹892.40 in early trading on Tuesday. This spike is attributed to the company’s recent collaboration with NVIDIA, a global leader in AI and high-performance computing technologies.
Strategic Partnership with NVIDIA
In a regulatory filing, Netweb Technologies announced its partnership with NVIDIA, becoming a manufacturing partner for the NVIDIA Grace CPU Superchip and GH200 Grace Hopper Superchip MGX server designs. This collaboration positions Netweb to build and produce more than ten server variations under its Tyrone range of AI systems, catering to various AI, high-performance computing, and supercomputing applications.
Advancements in AI and High-Performance Computing
Netweb’s AI systems, empowered by NVIDIA’s MGX modular reference design, are poised to handle complex workloads in HPC, data science, large language models, edge computing, enterprise AI, design, and simulation. The systems are designed to manage a broad spectrum of concurrent workloads, including AI training, inference, and 5G, on a single platform. Additionally, the designs are crafted for seamless upgrades, keeping pace with future hardware advancements.

Supporting ‘Make in India’ and Local Ecosystem Development
This initiative significantly bolsters India’s ‘Make in India’ mission, as local manufacturing of these systems will develop a local ecosystem, better suited to meet the growing demands for AI and accelerated computing applications from government and private enterprises. Netweb’s collaboration with NVIDIA and the subsequent AI systems are expected to contribute to building sovereign AI infrastructure for India and other countries.

Netweb Technologies’ shares made a stellar debut on the Indian secondary market on July 27, listing at ₹910.4 per share. This listing price represented an impressive 82% premium over the IPO price of ₹500, highlighting the strong investor confidence in the company’s growth prospects and technological capabilities.
