
NCDC condoles death of filmmaker KG George
Srinagar: The core committe of National Child Development Council (NCDC) held a meeting, wherein the members expressed their condolences on the death of filmmaker KG George.
In their condolence message, the members said that KG George made important contributions to the Malayalam film industry.
NCDC Master Trainer, Baba Alexander said that KG George through his movies, always wanted to make changes in the society, besides changing the minds of people.
He expressed his condolences with the family of deceased, and prayed for the departed soul.
Kulakkattil Geevarghese George (aged 77), an Indian filmmaker and screenwriter, passed away a few days back at a retirement home in Kakkanad at Kerala, India.
Notably, National Child Development Council (NCDC) is an autonomous national child welfare organization, established to promote the welfare of women and children, besides ensuring education of children in India.
