Man Electrocuted To Death In Bandipora District Of North Kashmir
Srinagar 08 July: In a tragic incident in North Kashmir’s Bandipora district, a young mason lost his life due to electrocution while working on marble at a graveyard in Tregam Sumbal.
Mohammad Isaq Khan, aged 27 and a resident of Warpora Budgam, was fatally electrocuted during his work, which led to immediate unconsciousness.
Immediate Medical Response and Declaration of Fatality
Upon receiving the electric shock, Mohammad Isaq Khan was quickly rushed to the Community Health Center (CHC) in Sumbal for emergency medical treatment.
Unfortunately, doctors declared him dead on arrival, highlighting the severity of the incident and the fatal consequences of the electrocution.

Following the incident, local authorities including the police have initiated an investigation to determine the circumstances that led to the electrocution.
