M3M India: Pioneering Real Estate Development

M3M India, one of the fastest-growing real estate developers in the country, has consistently set the standard for timely project delivery in both residential and commercial sectors. M3M India’s FY ’24 Projects

In the ongoing financial year, M3M India has achieved the successful delivery of two residential projects – M3M Heights and M3M Flora68, along with a commercial project, M3M Skylofts. These projects encompass approximately 2.5 million square feet of space with a construction cost of Rs. 1250 crore. M3M Heights, located in Sector-65, offers 2BHK and 3BHK uber-luxury residential units, totaling 1244. Meanwhile, M3M Flora68 in Sector-68 features 114 units of 2BHK, 3BHK, and 4BHK residences.

Upcoming Deliveries

In the latter half of FY ’24, M3M India is gearing up to deliver three more projects – M3M Atrium57, M3M Solitude, and M3M Lofts74, comprising around 4.0 million square feet of space at a construction cost of Rs. 2000 crore. All residential projects by M3M India offer state-of-the-art amenities, including clubhouses, swimming pools, play areas, gyms, meditation spaces, and yoga centers.

A Commitment to Employment and Philanthropy

M3M India’s projects create numerous job opportunities for the local community, providing employment at various levels. The welfare of on-site workers is also a priority, with the philanthropic M3M Foundation extending support to approximately 500,000 beneficiaries through programs related to education, nutrition, health, elderly care, sports scholarships, rural-youth employment training, and women empowerment.
