
Law Dept Bids Warm Farewell to Director Finance Rajesh Talwar, Fetes Newly Promoted AO Anil Bhat
Jammu, 30 April 2026: Today a warm and heartfelt farewell was accorded to Sh. Rajesh Talwar, Principal, Northern Zone Accountancy Training Institute, Jammu (outgoing Director Finance Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs) by Sh. Intakhab Ahmed Sheikh, Director Finance, Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, J&K in honor of his dedicated service to the department for more than three years leaving behind a legacy of commitment and professionalism.
Sh. Anil Bhat AAO was also congratulated by all on his recent promotion as Accounts Officer. Among others present were Sh. Showkat Ahmed AAO, Bharti Harish Accountant, Sh. Farooq LA, Sh. Lalit Kumar LA, Sh. Owais Rashid Hajam Jr. Assistant, Sh. Anil Chauffer, Kuldeep.
On the occasion, Sh. Talwar shared reflections from his distinguished service career and expressed his gratitude to all officers and officials for their unwavering support, respect and affection. He conveyed his heartfelt thanks to everyone present for making the farewell memorable with their gracious presence.
The event concluded with a formal vote of thanks delivered by Sh. Sheikh, who expressed his sincere appreciation to all attendees for sparing their valuable time to be part of this special and memorable occasion.
