Jumbo Jump in Karachi Breaks World Record as Largest Inflatable Castle
Karachi’s Jumbo Jump has been officially recognized by World Records as the world’s largest inflatable castle, covering an impressive 15,295.51 square feet. This achievement surpasses the previous record-holder, Dubai’s JumpX. Unveiled in November, Jumbo Jump aims to boost tourism in Pakistan with a capacity for 200 people. The inflatable castle features a slide, climbing walls, and castle-themed decorations.
Diverse Entertainment Offering and Founder’s Vision
Jumbo Jump, labeled a one-stop destination for excitement, includes additional attractions such as an assault course, a photo booth, and a toon-themed bounce house. Founder Safeer Khan aimed to introduce diverse entertainment options in Pakistan, creating a source of joy and excitement for the community. The inflatable structure was carefully designed and constructed over six months, emphasizing safety, vibrant colors, and efficient inflation.
Rapid Inflation Process and Anticipation for Tourism Boost
Constructed from PVC tarpaulin with lively primary colors, the castle achieved its record-breaking size with a brief 10-minute inflation process. The precise measurements were ensured using fiberglass survey tape and a laser distance meter. Jumbo Jump sees the world record as an opportunity to attract more tourists to Pakistan, offering a unique and engaging experience in Karachi.
