JOOR presents Sustainability in Focus: A Digital Show on Responsible Fashion
New York, April 3rd, 2024 – For the first time ever, JOOR, the fashion industry’s leading digital wholesale management ecosystem, has created a digital destination to showcase notable sustainable brands from around the world. In keeping with the platform’s ongoing commitment to support sustainability initiatives, the Sustainability in Focus show on JOOR Passport will raise visibility of these sustainable collections and enable global retailers to source eco-friendly products for their stores.
Launched on April 2nd to coincide with the celebration of Earth Month, the ‘Sustainability In Focus’ digital event will run through June 2nd and showcase 136 brands investing in and committed to supporting sustainability through initiatives such as sustainable materials, manufacturing, packaging, circularity, and fair trade/labor practices. JOOR’s mission to digitalize the wholesale buying and selling process is closely aligned with supporting sustainability as the platform helps brands and retailers reduce their travel and carbon emissions, as well as reduce sample production and printing needs. Additionally, the platform’s advanced features enable retail buyers to make informed purchasing decisions as well as search brands via an Eco-Friendly filter.
