
JKLCU meets Ashok Koul BJP’s State General Secretary, Jammu, Submits Memorandum
Jammu: A delegation of the Jammu Kashmir Lamberdars Chowkidars Union (JKLCU) led by its Chairman Mukesh Parihar, met BJP General Secretary (Organization) Ashok Koul at the party headquarters in Jammu.
During the meeting, the union submitted a memorandum demanding the implementation of the Minimum Wages Act to ensure fair wages and rights for Lamberdars and Chowkidars.
Mukesh Parihar emphasized that the responsibilities of Lamberdars and Chowkidars have increased significantly, yet they are not receiving adequate wages and benefits. He urged the government to enforce the Minimum Wages Act to provide them with financial security and dignity.

Several other key issues were also discussed in the meeting, including the need for better social security measures for Lamberdars and Chowkidars. The union members appealed to the government to address these demands at the earliest to improve their working conditions and livelihood.
Other office bearers and members of the union were also present at the meeting and collectively urged the authorities to take prompt action on their concerns.
Delegation consists of Lamberdar Mukesh Parihar, Lamberdar Mohd Isaq, Lamberdar Anchal Singh and Lamberdar Anil Kumar.
