Jammu Kashmir High Court Quashes PSA Detention of AAP MLA Mehraj Malik
Srinagar, April 27: In a significant relief to Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA Mehraj Malik, the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh has allowed his plea challenging detention under the Public Safety Act (PSA) and quashed the preventive detention order.
