
Jammu Court issues Non-bailable Arrest Warrant against MLA Doda Mehraj Malik

In a major development, a Jammu Court has issued non-bailable arrest warrant against a young & dynamic political leader and MLA from Doda Assembly Constituency.
As per reports, a non-bailable arrest warrant has been issued by Special Excise Mobile Magistrate jammu Court -16 against the Member of Legislative Assembly from Doda.
The directions have been issued to SHO Police Station Gandoh to arrest the accused and produce him on new hearing scheduled on 14 May, 2025.
As the case has been filed by Ghulam Mohd Saroori under section 499 (IPC), which is running from nearly last two years.
As the matter has been stated urgent, now it would be seen how the opponent will react, would he challenge or file an appeal in highest court or police will arrest him.
