Born on May 26, 1998, to Indu and Neeraj Pandita, Ishan’s passion for football ignited at the tender age of four in the Philippines. His father’s job relocation to the Philippines kickstarted his football journey, where he honed his skills under British coaches, embodying the attacking and physical style of English football.
Pandita’s talent caught the eye of scouts during the ‘Airtel Rising Star’ event organized by Manchester United in 2012. His prowess on the field continued to garner attention as he showcased his skills in state-level competitions in India after returning in 2009.
In 2013, Pandita’s standout performance at the Gothia Cup in Sweden impressed scouts from IF Brommapojkarna FC, leading to a trial offer and marking the beginning of his international recognition.
