Infinix is gearing up to launch its Note 40 Pro+ 5G and Note 40 Pro 5G smartphones in India on April 12th, as confirmed by the company. These mid-range models, equipped with MediaTek Dimensity 7020 SoC, boast the company’s in-house Cheetah X1 power management chip and feature a triple rear camera setup, highlighted by a 108-megapixel main sensor. Both handsets will be available via Flipkart and leading partnering retailers, with Flipkart already teasing their arrival through a dedicated microsite.
One of the major highlights of the Infinix Note 40 Pro 5G series is its batteries and fast charging speeds. Featuring an X1 Cheetah for enhanced battery life and power management, the lineup offers various charging modes. While the Note 40 Pro 5G houses a 5,000mAh battery with 45W charging capabilities, the Note 40 Pro+ 5G comes with a 4,600mAh battery supporting 100W charging. Additionally, the series supports 20W wireless MagCharge.
Initially unveiled in select global markets with price tags starting at $309 (approximately Rs. 25,000) for the Note 40 Pro+ 5G and $289 (approximately Rs. 24,000) for the Note 40 Pro 5G, both devices run on Android 14-based XOS 14. They sport a 6.78-inch full-HD+ curved AMOLED display with a 120Hz dynamic refresh rate and are powered by 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 7020 SoC. On the camera front, they feature a triple rear camera setup led by a 108-megapixel main sensor and a 32-megapixel front shooter.
