Both models, the Honor Magic 6 and Honor Magic 6 Pro, are set to be available in five distinct color options, offering storage capacities of up to 1TB. Notably, they will run on the MagicOS 8.0 operating system.

Honor recently unveiled the official appearance of the Honor Magic 6 series through its official website in China and Weibo handle. The images reveal a hole-punch display design for the Magic 6, while the Honor Magic 6 Pro features a wider punch hole on the display, suggesting the possibility of a dual front camera setup. Both smartphones exhibit slim bezels and circular-shaped camera modules at the rear, accommodating three sensors and a dual-LED flash. Additionally, the left side of the smartphones houses the volume rockers and power button.

Storage options for the Honor Magic 6 include 256GB and 512GB, while the Magic 6 Pro offers 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB storage choices. Both models will be available in five color variants: Qi Lianxue (silver), Liuyunzi (violet), Haihuqing (green), Velvet Black, and Wheat Green.

Honor is set to host a launch event in China between January 10 and January 11, where it will introduce the MagicOS 8 operating system. The Honor Magic 6 and Honor Magic 6 Pro are anticipated to be officially unveiled during this event, featuring the new skin based on Android 14 and Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC.

Rumors surrounding the Honor Magic 6 series suggest the inclusion of a 160-megapixel periscope zoom camera with OV50K primary sensors utilizing LOFIC (Lateral Overflow Integration Capacitor) technology. Furthermore, the Honor Magic 6 is expected to boast an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.
