New Delhi: Holmarc Opto-Mechatronics Ltd, a manufacturer of scientific and engineering instruments, witnessed a successful listing on the NSE SME platform. The company’s share price on the NSE SME opened at ₹65.25 per share, reflecting a substantial premium of 63.13% over the issue price of ₹40.
Investor enthusiasm for Holmarc Opto-Mechatronics shares remained high as they were locked in a 5% upper circuit shortly after listing. The closing share price for Holmarc Opto-Mechatronics on NSE SME settled at ₹68.50 apiece by the end of trading on Monday.

The Holmarc Opto-Mechatronics IPO had a price per share of ₹40 and featured 28.50 lakh fresh equity shares. The company aimed to raise ₹11.40 crore through this public offering. The IPO lot size was set at 3,000 shares, with a minimum investment requirement of ₹120,000 for retail investors.
Finshore Management Services served as the book running lead manager for the Holmarc Opto-Mechatronics IPO, while Cameo Corporate Services handled the role of IPO registrar.

The grey market premium (GMP) for Holmarc Opto-Mechatronics shares stood at +27, which was consistent with the previous two trading sessions. This GMP indicated that Holmarc Opto-Mechatronics shares were trading at a premium of ₹27 in the unofficial grey market on Monday, according to topsharebrokers.com.
Considering the upper end of the IPO price band and the current premium in the grey market, the estimated listing price for Holmarc Opto-Mechatronics shares was approximately ₹67 per share. This estimated listing price represented a significant increase of 67.5% over the IPO price of ₹40.
