New Delhi, 15th July, 2025: In a strategic move to align with shifting consumer behaviors and digital trends, Hero Realty, the real estate arm of Hero Enterprise, has kick-started a robust influencer marketing campaign across three of its flagship projects. Managed by PR Professionals, this campaign rolled out on Instagram and YouTube and aims to bridge the gap between homebuyers and real estate developers through relatable, digital-first storytelling. Spread across three months, the campaign, currently underway, involves a curated group of over 30 digital contentcreators, strategically chosen to reflect the diverse aspirations of first-time homebuyers.
In the first phase of this campaign, Hero Homes has engaged with more than 10 influencers, creating a steady stream of authentic and engaging content that resonates with audiences across three core markets in Delhi NCR and Punjab. The initiative is rooted in the insight that while residential real estate remains a low-frequency purchase, it is a high-involvement, high-emotion category, often influenced by trusted recommendations and peer voices. Through influencer narratives that go beyond features and square footage, focusing instead on lifestyle aspirations, community stories, and emotional milestones, Hero Homes aims to make the idea of homeownership more approachable, especially for young salaried professionals.
Karan Kumar, Chief Marketing Officer, Hero Realty, shared, “Real estate is an emotional decision, especially for first-time homebuyers. It’s not just about owning a home; it is about identity, belonging, and security. Today’s younger demographic is steadily growing, not just as future buyers and investors, but also as key influencers in family decisions, even when they’re not purchasing immediately. This cohort engages with content differently. Traditional sales pitches don’t resonate; they respond to short-form videos, peer validation, and authentic storytelling from credible voices. With this campaign, we’re sharpening our focus on formats that resonate with content that feels relevant and with an added dose of hyperlocal credibility by anchoring stories in real contexts that feel personal and familiar. From Instagram Reels and YouTube explainers to LinkedIn thought pieces, we are creating digital touchpoints that simplify the homebuying journey while spotlighting the deeper proposition that makes our offering stand apart.”
Dr. Sarvesh Tiwari, Founder & Managing Director, PR Professionals, shared, “Having witnessed influencers evolve from promoting beauty and fashion to now advocating high-value, deeply considered purchases like real estate, it’s clear that their impact has grown significantly. In a category as personal and long-term as real estate, authenticity and trust are paramount. This campaign of Hero Realty reflects a progressive approach, leveraging credible voices to connect meaningfully with today’s digital-first homebuyers. We are thrilled to partner with them on this forward-looking initiative that recognizes the digital shift in consumer journeys.”
The influencer marketing program is expected to scale further in the coming months, creating deeper engagement touchpoints for potential homeowners and helping demystify the homebuying journey through authentic, experience-led storytelling.
