General Observer Inspects Bhaderwah Polling Stations Ahead of Elections

As part of the ongoing preparations for the 2024 Assembly Elections, General Observer for Assembly Constituency 51-Bhaderwah, Mallikarjuna A, conducted a thorough inspection of polling stations in Bhaderwah on September 6. Accompanied by District Election Officer (DEO) Harvinder Singh, the Observer aimed to assess the readiness and effectiveness of election arrangements in the area.
During the inspection, the General Observer and the DEO engaged with polling staff at various stations, ensuring that all preparations were in line with the prescribed protocols.
This interaction allowed the officials to review the readiness of each station, focusing on the efficiency and preparedness of the personnel assigned to manage the electoral process.
Following the station visits, the General Observer and DEO Doda visited key facilities at the Additional Deputy Commissioner’s office in Bhaderwah. These included crucial sections involved in the oversight and monitoring of election activities, such as the Media Cell, Video Viewing Room, and control room.
The visit was aimed at ensuring that all systems were in place to facilitate a smooth and transparent election process.
DEO Harvinder Singh assured that all necessary arrangements have been made to conduct a free, fair, and transparent election in the Bhaderwah Assembly Constituency. He emphasized the importance of adhering to the established protocols and urged the polling personnel to provide full cooperation to voters on election day.
The efforts of the General Observer and DEO underscore the commitment to maintaining the integrity and fairness of the electoral process as the 2024 Assembly Elections approach.
