Embraer Q2 Net Profit Climbs 25%, Sets New Quarterly Revenue Record
SAO PAULO, Aug 10 (Reuters) – Brazilian planemaker Embraer on Monday reported a second-quarter net profit of 1.11 billion reais ($218.3 million), up 25% from a year earlier.
Revenue at the world’s third-largest aircraft manufacturer rose 10% year-on-year to 11.34 billion reais, a record for the April-June period, while EBITDA increased 30% to 1.81 billion reais.
