DODA, November 9; In a bid to foster a deep appreciation for cultural and traditional music among students, the Department of School Education orchestrated the grandeur of the District Level Kala Utsav-2023 at the Government Higher Secondary School Boys in Doda.

This annual initiative, set in motion back in 2015 by the Department of School Education and Literacy under the Ministry of Education (MoE), Government of India, strives to showcase and nurture the rich artistic talent embedded within school students across the nation.
