Delhi Hosts 2024 Youth National Games: 5,000+ Athletes, 15 States in Competition
The Youth National Games, initiated by the Society for Transformation, Inclusion, and Recognition through Sports (STAIRS) Foundation, kicked off with great enthusiasm at Delhi’s Indira Gandhi Stadium.
The event, spanning three days, promises a thrilling display of sporting talent, featuring over 5,000 gold medalists hailing from 15 states and union territories. Bollywood actor and STAIRS brand ambassador, Amit Sadh, graced the occasion with his presence.
Across various venues like Indira Gandhi Stadium and Tyagraj Stadium in Delhi, athletes will engage in a wide array of sports such as basketball, karate, taekwondo, badminton, volleyball, Kabaddi, table tennis, kho kho, football athletics, skating, and cricket, ensuring a dynamic and competitive atmosphere throughout the event.
