Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has moved the Sessions Court to challenge the summons issued to him by the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate on ED complaints regarding the Delhi liquor policy money laundering case.
Court Hearing Scheduled
The Special Judge, Rakesh Syal, is set to hear the matter this afternoon, following the issuance of fresh summons to Kejriwal by the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate.
