Chairman Dhanater Singh Kotwal of the District Development Council (DDC) was the esteemed chief guest at the National Apprenticeship Mela held at Government ITI Bhaderwah. Notable figures in attendance included Naresh Singh, Superintendent of ITI Doda; Vivek Sagar Sharma, Superintendent of ITI Bhaderwah; and Sanjay Kotwal, Chairman of the IMC Bhaderwah.
Addressing the audience, Chairman DDC highlighted significant amendments made by the government to the apprenticeship scheme, aimed at bolstering support for establishments. He emphasized the government’s commitment to assisting young entrepreneurs by contributing to their stipends. The revised scheme encompasses individuals with educational backgrounds ranging from class 5 to graduates.

As a gesture of recognition, Chairman Dhanater Singh Kotwal personally distributed certificates to the young apprentices who had successfully completed their training.
