
CEO Doda Ensures Optimal Exam Environment in Bhaderwah Schools
Chief Education Officer, Doda Ensures Optimal Examination At Different Schools Of Bhaderwah Zone Doda
Saturday March 23, 2024: Sh.Parkash Lal Thapa , the Chief Education Officer Doda today conducted a comprehensive inspection of the Annual Class 12th examination centres at Government HSS Berreru,HSS Dradhu,HSS Boys Bhaderwah,HSS Girls Bhaderwah,HS Seri,HS Nichlathara and ZEO Office Bhaderwah respectively.
The main objective of this visit was to ensure the provision of a comfortable and conducive atmosphere for the examinees, as well as to emphasize the importance of compliance with established regulations.CEO Doda further commended the dedicated supervisory staff for their unwavering commitment to ensuring the well-being of the students throughout the examination process.
During the inspection, CEO Doda highlighted the critical role of creating an environment that facilitates optimal performance and minimizes any unnecessary stress for the examinees.
He stressed upon the adherence to regulations, ensuring that all necessary measures are in place to maintain a secure and fair examination environment.After the examination, CEO Doda took the opportunity to engage with both the students and staff.
Addressing the students, he offered words of encouragement and guidance, urging them not to succumb to panic and instead focus on giving their best efforts. He emphasized the importance of performing to the best of their abilities, without getting overly burdened by the outcome.
CEO Doda encouraged the students to approach the upcoming examinations with a positive mindset, fostering an attitude of resilience and continuous improvement.
Chief Education Officer Doda Sh.Parkash Lal Thapa had a physical verification of schools where polling stations had been set up for educational zone Bhaderwah and ensured Assured Minimum Facilities(AMF) at the polling stations for Lok Sabha Elections 2024 which are going to be held from April 19 (Phase-I) besides this also ensured that no posters/writing or hoardings of any kind of political parties or any other organisations are on the walls of premises of government school buildings.
