Apple’s Beats Solo Buds, announced alongside the Beats Solo 4 earlier in May, are finally set to hit the shelves. Priced at $79.99, these true wireless earphones are slated for online availability from June 18, with offline sales commencing on June 20 in the US. Offering a choice of four colors – Arctic Purple, Matte Black, Storm Gray, and Transparent Red – the Beats Solo Buds come packed in the company’s smallest case yet.
Equipped with dual-layer drivers and laser-cut vents to enhance audio performance, the earphones cater to personalized comfort with four ear tip sizes – XS, S, M, and L. Featuring seamless one-touch pairing, users can effortlessly connect to their devices.
Moreover, the Beats Solo Buds offer customizable controls for music playback, volume adjustment, call handling, and voice assistant activation, accessible via a dedicated button on each earphone. These settings can be fine-tuned through the Beats mobile app.
Charging convenience is ensured with a USB Type-C port on the compact charging case. The earphones boast a battery life of up to 18 hours, including the case, with a quick five-minute charge providing an hour of playback. Interestingly, they can also be charged directly from an iPhone 15, compatible Android phones with reverse wired charging, or any standard laptop or tablet, according to the company.
With its blend of functionality, style, and convenience, the Beats Solo Buds aim to deliver a seamless audio experience for users on the go.
