ARTO Doda Abrar Ahmad Kraipak Suspended Over Dereliction of Duty

Doda/Jammu, June 11, 2025: In a significant administrative development, Shri Abrar Ahmad Kraipak, the Assistant Regional Transport Officer (ARTO) of Doda, has been placed under suspension following serious allegations of dereliction of duty.

The action was taken by the Transport Department, Civil Secretariat, Jammu & Kashmir, as confirmed by a formal government order issued today.

The suspension follows an earlier order issued by the Deputy Commissioner of Doda (Order No. DCD/PA-23/2025/516-22) dated June 10, 2025.

The state government has now confirmed the suspension through Government Order No. 57-JK(TR) of 2025, which places the officer under administrative suspension until further notice.

According to the order signed by Niraj Kumar (IAS), Secretary to the Government, Transport Department, Shri Kraipak will remain attached to the Office of the Transport Commissioner, J&K, during the suspension period.

However, the details regarding the nature of misconduct led to suspension are yet awaited.
