Army Foils Infiltration Bid in Rajouri, One Trooper Injured During Exchange, Operation ongoing

Jammu : Army on Tuesday said that an Infiltration bid was foiled while as an army trooper was also injured in Battal sector of Rajouri district.

Taking on to the micro-blogging platform X, army wrote, “Alert troops foiled an infiltration bid by effectively engaging infiltrating terrorists with effective fire in the Battal Sector at 0300h.

During the exchange of heavy fire, one braveheart has been injured.Operations are continuing. (GNS)
