CEO, Rajouri suspended a government school Teacher following allegations of misbehavior with a girl student at Higher Secondary School Kakora in Rajouri district.
An order issued by CEO Rajouri, the action was taken after the school Principal communicated serious allegations of misconduct against Ajaz Ahmed, a Teacher posted at HSS Kakora.
Taking cognizance of the complaint, CEO said that the accusations were grave in nature and warranted immediate administrative action to ensure a fair and impartial inquiry while safeguarding the interests of the student community.

Accordingly, Ajaz Ahmed has been placed under suspension with immediate effect under Rule 31 of the JK Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1956, read with the Government Employees (Conduct) Rules, 1971.
During the suspension period, he has been attached to the office of the Zonal Education Officer, Khwas, and shall receive subsistence allowance as per rules.
