
DC Doda Reviews District Capex 2025-26
DC Doda, Shri Harvinder Singh (IAS), chaired a comprehensive review meeting to assess the progress under District Capex 2025-26.
Agenda Highlights:
Review of works accorded, tendered, allotted and executed
Financial status of ongoing and non-feasible works
Uploading and closure of projects on E-compendium and BEAMS (PV portal)
Constituency-wise review of CDF works and grants including DDC, BDC, PRI, APDP and ABDP
Directions for transparency, strict deadlines and quality monitoring
CPO Doda, Manesh Kumar Manhas, presented a detailed progress overview through a PowerPoint presentation, highlighting achievements and pending targets.

The meeting was attended by ADDC Doda Roshan Lal, ACD Doda Din Mohd Afaqi, Superintending Engineers of PWD, JPDCL and Hydraulic Circle, Executive Engineers of REW and Ground Water Division (virtual mode), sectoral officers from Agriculture, Education, Youth Services and Sports, Medical and Forest Departments, BDOs, representatives of JAKEDA, and other line departments.
Departments were directed to prioritize community-demanded works, ensure timely completion, and focus on socio-economic growth.
Commitment towards accelerated development and improved service delivery across Doda district.
