Chenab Valley’s Dr Ajaz Wani Honoured with Prestigious Award in Field of Research & Academics

Dr Ajaz Ahmed Wani, Associate Professor and Head Dept.of Zoology Govt.PG College Bhaderwah was Awarded “Outstanding Achievement Award” in the field of research and academics in three day international conference wef 24th to 26th of feb.2025 at Goa university.

The event was organised by School of Biological Science University of Goa and agricultural technological development department,Meerut( Up) in collaboration with zoological society of India,Indian council of agricultural research,IGPEB Uzbekistan,School of life Sciences (HP) Dept.of zoology CBLU Haryana, BAS college Matura (UP),Goa chapter NSI,IJBAR Journal.

The Award was conferred in presence of Prof.Harilal Menon Vice Chancellor(VC) Goa university,Prof .Shrivastava VC Mahthma Gandhi central university Bihar,Prof Anant Kumar president ATD Meerut (UP),Prof.S.krishnan Dean SBS Goa university.

Dr.Wani also delivered Keynote lect and chaired technical session in the said conference. In recognition of his outstanding contributions in the field of research as he has published more than 72 research papers in peer reviewed different national and international journals of repute and 5 books.

This honor is a testament to his tireless efforts and dedication to advancing knowledge in his field which is reflected as he has registered his name in “India Book of Records”(Asian Book of Records) for publication of maximum research papers in Zoology in a year and this award is a well-deserved acknowledgment of his expertise and commitment to excellence.
