Late-Night Fire Guts Five Residential Sheds in Maloora Srinagar
Srinagar, Feb 14: A late-night fire broke out in the Maloora Shalteng area of central Kashmir’s Srinagar district on Thursday, gutting five single-story residential sheds, officials said.
The fire started around 10:01 PM and spread rapidly, damaging roofing, furnishings, bedding, and other household goods, with some belongings completely destroyed.
Srinagar Police Intensifies Crackdown on Drug Trafficking
Fire and emergency services rushed to the scene and managed to bring the flames under control, preventing further damage to nearby structures. Fortunately, no casualties were reported.
