Ahead of the third phase of Lok Sabha elections in Madhya Pradesh, polling parties were dispatched along with Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) to the polling stations. Nine parliamentary constituencies, including Morena, Gwalior, Bhopal, and others, are scheduled to vote on May 7.

Teams carrying polling materials and EVMs departed from various locations, such as Lal Parade Ground in Bhopal and Maharani Laxmi Bai Government College of Excellence (MLB College) in Gwalior, for their respective polling stations.

Bhopal Collector and District Election Officer Kaushlendra Vikram Singh supervised the distribution of election materials in Bhopal, ensuring smooth logistics. Similarly, Gwalior DM Ruchika Chauhan oversaw the departure of polling teams and emphasized the special arrangements made, including model booths managed by women and specially-abled agents.

Madhya Pradesh is conducting Lok Sabha polls in four phases, with the third phase scheduled for May 7 and the fourth phase on May 13. The state, with 29 Lok Sabha constituencies, holds significant electoral importance, with special provisions for SC, ST, and unreserved seats.
